Morgan Caldwell, RN
Ms. Caldwell is a member of our Bioethics and Health Care Advocacy department, where she is assisting Marnie Ritchie Poncy, RN, Esq., in serving and advocating for our clients and their health care needs. Ms. Caldwell gained her original education and nursing experience in New England at Maine Medical Center in Portland, but more recently was responsible for overseeing a surgical step-down critical care unit at Delray Medical Center, in Delray Beach, Florida, as the Assistant Nurse Manager. In her position she facilitated patient discharge planning and patient triage in determining suitable levels of care. Her experience in building teams and advocating for her patients caused her intrigue in our practice of law. She is a 2020 graduate of the University of New England with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a Florida licensed nurse. She holds various certificates of training, including Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Critical Care, Telemetry/EKG, NIHSS Stroke Assessment, and Cerner-EPIC.
